Flow & Flourish, our inaugural 2026 wellness and impact event, was a beautiful celebration of community, women’s health, and giving back. In partnership with Indy Plant Room and sponsored by LiForMe, the event brought together local businesses and individuals passionate about creating change in menstrual equity for an unforgettable experience. Guests enjoyed a cycle-centered yoga class designed to help attendees connect with and honor the different phases of their menstrual cycle, along with wellness stations featuring chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Lauren of Body Mechanics Health and Wellness, B12 and NAD+ injections from Dr. Carla of Bella Wellness and Aesthetics, supplements from Nootrimind, fitness wear from Black-owned brand Ajani, and fresh juice and açaí bowls from Juiced Organics. With support from more than 30 local and national sponsors, generous product donations from Aunt Flow, Diva, and Pixie, plus donation boxes placed throughout the city, we were also able to assemble and donate menstrual hygiene kits to Foster Success’s basic needs pantry, which supports young people in the foster system as they transition into adulthood. Flow & Flourish was was the beginning of a movement to uplift women and expand access to essential care while also celebrating women for international women’s day and we cannot wait for next years event.
